This project encompassed the CAT A fit out of the 1st floor. Complete strip out existing fixtures and fittings including old decking, balustrades and handrail. New carpet tiles laid throughout office area, vinyl flooring laid to new kitchen area. New fire doors and metal framed power coated exit door with vision panel. Roof terrace entrance door replaced with a new metal framed, powder coated exit door with vision panel and associated ironmongery. Deckorum composite decking system installed with Pro-Railing “Wedge Loc 3KN system” and glazed balustrade system with stainless steel handrail. Galvanised steel finish trunking with matching double switched sockets. New surface and panel led lighting installed internally and led strip lighting installed to decking area. Decorate internally the stairwell, kitchen and office areas in specified colours.
