’Eden secured a competitive tender to convert a 150m2 disused commercial space above a ‘Sainsbury’s Local’ in Barnet High St. We converted the space into 3no Residential flats which was particularly challenging as this was achieved whilst keeping the supermarket fully operational & also being on a busy High St with limited access. The heating & hot water also incorporated the use of the latest ‘Altherma’ Air source sustainable systems greatly reducing the environmental impact.’
