How we do it

We use an external surveyor

Many construction companies have an in-house surveyor, whose role is focussed around extracting more money from each job through additional and unnecessary suggestions.

Eden London works with independent surveyors on our projects. They provide an unbiased review of the works required, and the steps needed to complete them.

This allows us to draw up a realistic cost for the project, based on the exact work needed for each project.

We create a detailed plan

Based on the advice of the surveyor and our years of experience in the construction industry, we create a highly detailed plan for each project. 

For every project, we outline the stages of completion, the cost of each stage and the time required to do so. This allows us to create buffer points for each stage of the construction, which will cover the client in the event of unforeseen delays, additional costs or changes to the project—all things which other firms add on as extra costs.

This process provides us with a detailed blueprint of the entire project, allowing us to accurately determine the time-scale for works to be completed and the cost of this for the client. Once the project is running we, as the principal contractor, conduct strict management of subcontractors in line with our schedule to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
