EPIC UK Ltd commissioned Eden to complete Shell & Core and Cat A fit outs on most floors of a listed building, ready for new businesses to move into the premises.

Because the building the team were working on was listed, we had to take additional precautions and adapt our processes to remain compliant. Our team used their experience working on listed properties to carefully strip back the building to its original state.

One of the floors in the building remained occupied throughout the fit out. For this reason, we carried out phased working to avoid unnecessary disruption and moved tenants and set-up with new workstations only where required.
Eden always works in an organised and considerate manner to ensure that areas remaining occupied by tenants are not affected by our construction work. We always plan ahead, doing our best to consider things like noise and any physical disruption, and work with the client to reduce this where possible.
